Caesar Pasta Salad

The Gilbertson's came over last night for dinner. We had grilled pork chops and Caesar Pasta Salad from epicurious.com, http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/109526.


We thought it turned out pretty well. The crunch from the romaine lettuce in with the pasta was very nice. I did read the reviews for this recipe before making it and took the suggestion of adding Worcestershire Sauce to the dressing. I do think it made a flavor difference.


I will keep this one as a light summer dish. I think it would also be wonderful with some grilled chicken.

I prepared this salad last night and loved it. The next time I fix it (and there will be a next time) I will put two heads of Romaine in instead of just the one.
