We had our first dinner of the season out on the deck tonight. The weather was beautiful, I am really hoping that spring is here to stay!
On the menu
Grilled Pork Tenderloin- marinaded all day in just a mixture of dried herbs with some water and olive oil.
Small Golden Potatoes- quickly "smashed" with a small amount of butter, parsley, salt & pepper
Broccolini- sauteed in bit of olive oil, shallots, and white wine. (Peter REALLY did not like the broccolini, but I did)
